							I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley Hoffman and the incredible job she did selling our home. From the very first meeting, it was clear that we were working with a true professional who not only knows the Lake Anna market inside and out but also genuinely cares about her clients.

Ashley guided us through every step of the process with clarity, patience, and confidence. Her and her team provided expert advice on staging and pricing, arranged beautiful professional photos, and crafted a marketing strategy that generated a ton of interest right from the start. 							We recently worked with Grayson to purchase a new home at Lake Anna and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had with a real estate agent over the past 25 years.  We have purchased several homes in different locations throughout the country as we have moved or grown out of homes as our family evolved.

Grayson was incredibly well versed in the area,  Pros / Cons of the public versus private sides of the lake and, growing up in the area, has a very good pulse on how the area has evolved over time.

We put in several offers that didn't work out but ended up with an amazing house on the public side we are incredibly happy with.  Even after close, I have reached out for advice, contractor recommendations, or just to say "hello".  He is always available, honestly, trustworthy and a great overall partner.
