Originally approved by the Louisa County Board of Supervisors over two decades ago, this project finally came to life after about a year of construction. This isn’t just another hotel – it’s the first of its kind at Lake Anna, filling a crucial gap in our local hospitality offerings.

Walking through the hotel, you immediately notice this isn’t your typical chain hotel experience. The property features 34 thoughtfully designed rooms across four levels, each offering something special. From standard king rooms to double queens, every space features high-end furnishings and modern amenities. What really sets these rooms apart is that every single one has its own private balcony – perfect for soaking in those stunning lake views.
The attention to detail is impressive – all rooms come equipped with smart TVs (complete with Roku service), in-room coffee service with pour-over coffee, and mini-fridges. The bathrooms are particularly noteworthy, featuring full-size bathtubs, tile floors, and granite countertops – definitely not your standard hotel bathroom!

If you’re looking for something truly special, the penthouse suites on the top floor are absolutely killer (as we say at the lake). There are two options: a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom suite. The three-bedroom suite even includes a fun bunk room with a queen-size bottom bunk – and yes, adults are welcome on the top bunk (just exercise your best judgment on the dismount!).
